International Women’s day is a chance for us to come together as a global society to acknowledge the tremendous social, economic, cultural and political achievements of women around the world.
It’s 2019 and yet men and women are still not equal in business. Three quarters of the fastest growing companies in Europe and the US have no women in senior leadership roles & globally women still have fewer economic opportunities than men. This needs to change.
Here at The Cheshire Dining Experience it is our belief that talent knows no gender. We believe it is our social responsibility to inject diversity into our workplace, empowering women within business and beyond, cultivating a resourceful, creative and supportive community.
It is a key consideration of ours to create a space for different perspectives to prioritise diverse teams and put women in key leadership roles. Our focus is on inclusion, not assuming someone is better suited for a role based on their gender but instead focusing on each candidates’ skills and talent. We want women to thrive in the workplace, our belief is that women are essential to our business in every aspect.
